Learn about our impact from our community

Being the first in your family to graduate means figuring out a lot on your own, including what comes after the diploma.

COOP brings recent first-gen and low-income college grads together to learn from one another, support each other, and grow together. Each cohort is led by our near-peer alumni captains.

Over 16 weeks of evenings, often after a full workday, fellows build real skills, a capstone project they can talk about in interviews, and a network that sticks around long after the program ends.

We call it Head, Heart, and Hustle. Judging by the alumni in this video, it works. They've gone on to land dream jobs, hire each other, and come back to captain the next cohort.
